Rapid Sign Service provides the services (defined below) to you “the
Customer” subject to the following Terms and Conditions, which may be posted or

By accessing and using RapidSignService.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions.
Any violations of the “Customers Responsibilities” (defined below) may result in the termination of the relationship between Rapid Sign Service and the
Customer. In order to protect our property from further loss or damage resulting from any violations made by the Customer, Rapid Sign Service reserves the right
to immediately remove all sign posts that have been installed.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY RAPID SIGN SERVICE
~ Rapid Sign Service provides sign post installation and other related
services (as outlined on our web site) to Real Estate Professionals.
~ Rapid Sign Service guarantees that all services will be completed professionally
and to the highest standards
~ The sign post will be placed in the most visible location & direction as determined by the installer unless specific instructions for post location and direction are provided by the Agent.
~ Sign post installation is for a six (6) month period. A re-listing fee may apply after six (6) months to continue marketing.
~ Sign posts, brochure boxes. and riders and any other accessories provided by Rapid Sign Service and installed by Rapid Sign Service remain our property upon removal and are non-transferable to other listings or other agents. Agents (or buyer/seller) are not allowed to remove post(s) from the property.
~ Sign posts cannot be used for more than one location and/or listing (i.e. multi-unit dwellings for rent or sale)
~ Rapid Sign Service is not responsible for the Agent’s damaged or stolen property at the installed location.
~ Agent signs are the responisiblity of the Agent to be hung on the signpost. If no agent sign is in inventory and a company office sign is available, that sign will be hung at the property (unless Agent to hang sign is indicated within the order) Rapid Sign Service will hang an agent sign (complimentary) only if ia sign is n inventory at the time of the order submitted or if the agent has indicated in the order that the sign left at the property (with detailed instructions of location).
~ Rapid Sign service will collect agent signs once complimentary. If additional trips to collect agent signs at the office, home address, print shop are required, additional trip fee may apply.
~ Ordering of signpost (installation, removal, repair) must be accessed through the phone app, Up Sign Down (Android/iOS) or through the Rapid Sign Service web site. Delay may occur if ordering a sign by text, phone message or general email. All sign orders must be in writing. No sign orders will be conducted by phone conversation.
~ Installations are typically completed within 2 business days. No guarantees are given as there may be conditions outside our control that affect service times. See the below Exclusions that may apply:
• Holidays (as listed on our web site)
• Inclement weather (as determined by Rapid Sign Service)
• Business day immediately following a holiday or inclement weather closure
• When agent sign pickup is required
• When access to the property is denied (including missing or incorrect gate codes)
• When listing address is located in a guard gated community
• When an elevated sign post is required over a wall or fence
• When 3 or more installations in one service day are requested (per account)
• When a service request is incomplete
• RUSH Orders (next day service) only apply to the Las Vegas Valley and NOT out of area locations.
• Remote service (Outside of Las Vegas valley city/unincorporated limits)
• Mount Charleston service (only available on weekends)
• Pahrump service (only available on Wednesdays, weather permitting)
• Any other conditions outside our control including but not limited to employee accidents, injury, vehicle breakdown, unusually high service request volumes, etc.
~ When a request for installation or removal is received, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the Agent once scheduled.
~ When a service request has been completed, an e-mail confirmation
will be sent to the Agent.
CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITIES:
~When requesting service, it is the Customer’s responsibility to watch for our e-mail confirmations as this is your guarantee that service requests have been received and services have been completed.
~ Sign posts, brochure boxes, rings and riders provided by us and installed by us remain our property upon removal and are non-transferable to other listings or other parties.
~ Sign posts cannot be used for more than one location and/or listing (including multi-unit dwellings for rent or sale)
~ It is the Customer’s responsibility to arrange access to guard gated communities.
(Trip fee may apply if access is denied)
~ It is the Customer’s responsibility to obtain HOA approval for sign post location, size or type.
~ Customer must provide us with specific instructions if you would like the sign post placed in a specific location or facing a specific direction to avoid re-installation charges.
~ Customer must provide gate codes for gated communities. (Trip fee may apply if the gate code is not provided or if it's incorrect)
~ Customer must request sign post removals upon listing expiration, sale, lease or
withdrawal as soon as possible.
~ $50 fee per post & $10 fee per brochure box may apply if sign post and/or brochure box is un-recovered for any reason.
*Customers with multiple occurrences of failure to request removals resulting in sign posts being un-recovered are subject to termination of further service by Rapid Sign Service. In order to protect our property from further loss or damage resulting from sign posts not being requested down by the Customer, Rapid Sign Service reserves the right to immediately remove all sign posts that have been installed.
~ Bank Owned, Repo/REO, Short Sale & Foreclosures: Customer is responsible for un-recovered posts (regardless of when the post becomes un-recoverable). The Agent should request removals "prior to" foreclosure dates to reduce the risk of un-recovered posts. ($50 fee per post & $10 fee per brochure box may apply for un-recovered posts)
~ Re-listings are subject to our standard installation fees.
~ Temporary withdrawals: Sign posts can remain at the listing for a period not to exceed 30 days (agent is responsible for any un-recovered posts during temporary
withdrawal period). Agent must notify us of any temporary withdrawals and when
the property goes back on the market.
~ Agent must provide us with their current contact information.
~ Agent must make timely payment as indicated on their monthly invoices.
($15 late fee may apply per invoice if payment is not received/postmarked by the
10th after the invoice is created/sent) If payment is not received by the end of the 30th day past due, new orders will be declined until payment is received. If payment is not received by 45th day after the initial invoice, existing sign posts are subject to removal, payment in full will be required before the re-installations can be performed, standard charges will apply to re-installations and future installations may require payment in advance.
~ If fees have been applied to Agent's account for un-recovered posts &/or brochure
boxes and payment is not received by the 15th of the following month following the
invoice date, all sign posts that have not been removed are subject to removal
as we reserve the right to protect our property from further loss.
~ Service is non-transferable to any other agent, broker, company or location.
Sign posts are not to be removed or re-located by the customer. Only Rapid Sign Service personnel are permitted to remove or re-locate the sign posts.
~ If a re-installation is needed due to the sign post being removed, vandalized, stolen or damaged (including damage by severe weather), standard installation fees apply.
~ If an Agent’s sign is vandalized, stolen or damaged and needs to be replaced with
another sign from our inventory, a $20 trip fee may apply.
Open House Signage
~ Open House requests must be made in advance, no guarantees of delivery can be made without proper advance notice:
• Weekdays (24 hour advance notice)
• Saturday (by noon on Thursday previous)
• Sunday (by noon on Friday previous)
~ Cancellation of open house must be placed no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the ordered requested open house. Full payment is expected and refunds/credit will be at the discretion of Rapid Sign Service management.
~ Customer must provide gate codes for gated communities. (Trip fee may apply if the gate code is not provided or if it's incorrect)
~ It is the Customer’s responsibility to obtain HOA approval for Open House sign placement within the gated community
~ Open House signs will be placed prior to the open house (will intent one hour before) at locations selected by the installer.
~ Clients wishing specific locations of placement of signs must submit requests at the time of the order (map, detailed locations, etc).
~ Rapid Sign Service is not responsible for any lost, missing, stolen or damaged signs when placed for an order. All attempts to retrieve signage will be made recover all signs set out.
~ If an agent relocates a sign that has been previously placed by Rapid Sign Service, agent must notify Rapid Sign Service of the number of signs and new location for retrieval.
~ Payment is required prior to the completed open house request.
~ A monthly storage fee (up to $10.00) will be applied to agent branded signs. Fee may be waived with successful open house order.
