Beginning January 1, 2025 we will be instituting some policy and price changes to our services.
These changes are necessary to stay competitive in the market while providing the excellent service you have been accustomed to receiving.
As of January 1st, 2025:
Listing Sign installation: $50.00
Open House Sign Placement: $64.95
Renewal Fee of Listing Sign: $25.00 (after 6 months)
For Sale sign storage fee:
Listing within the past year: No Monthly Fee
1-10 For Sale Signs: (regardless of listing within past year) No Monthly Fee
11+ For Sale signs (with NO listing within past year):
$1.00 per sign/per month
Commercial Sign storage fee: $10.00/month/sign
Open House sign storage fee:
1-10 Open House signs (With NO Open House order):
$1.00 per sign/per month
11-20 Open House signs (with NO Open House order):
$2.00 per sign/per month
21-30 Open House signs (with NO Open House order):
$3.00 per sign/per month
30+ Open House signs:
$4.00 per sign/per month
Listing Sign - This service includes the installation of the post, removal of the post, and storage of your listing sign when not active. Accessories for an additional fee.
Listing Sign (For Sale) sign storage fee (with a listing in the past year):
1-10 For Sale signs:
$1.00 per sign/per month
11-20 For Sale signs:
$2.00 per sign/per month
21-30 For Sale signs:
$3.00 per sign/per month
30+ For Sale signs:
$4.00 per sign/per month
Open House sign placement - This service includes the placement of open house signs (up to ten signs) for your event. Agent branded signs may also be stored for your convenience.
Renewal fee: Beginning August 1, 2022, the duration of a listing sign install will be for six (6) months. After this duration a renewal fee will automatically be created and an invoice for payment generated. Your account will be charged this renewal for an additional six month duration. This duration will continue until the listing sign is requested for removal by the agent.
Commercial Sign - This monthly fee is to store your commercial sign when not active.
Commercial Sign Storage Fee:
$10/month per sign
Open House Sign (storage) - This monthly fee is per sign to store your open house signs. This fee is waived if you complete an open house during the month.
